Since its founding in 1975, Balance Systems has been designing, manufacturing selling and assisting industrial equipment and machinery used to increase the productivity, improve the quality of production, control and manage the quality of the product and of the production process.

Balance Systems is concerned in the following areas.

Semiautomatic and automatic auxiliary systems for grinding process measurement and control: wheel balancing, part/dresser touch sensing and in-process gauging.

Manual balancing machines for the tool holders used in high speed milling. Devices for vibration monitoring on the machine tools. Manual, semiautomatic and automatic balancing machines used in the production, either with small or large batches, of mechanical parts such as: disk brakes, spindles, small armatures, fans for car’s air conditioners, rotors for medical vacuum pumps, turbocharger for car engines, etc.

Balance Systems’ headquarters and plant are located near Milan, Italy in a proprietary building with a surface of 5500 sqm. It employs about 80 people of which 90% hold a high school or university degree. Balance Systems distributes its systems in the industrialized countries all over the world. About 16,000 auxiliary systems and 1200 balancing machines manufactured by Balance Systems are currently working around the clock and around the world.
