BTB Transfer SpA, located in Bovezzo (Brescia), designs and manufactures high-productivity transfer machines for the production of taps, sanitary valves and fittings, automotive components as well as household appliance parts. Since their establishment BTB Transfer has installed more than 650 machines, above all in Italy and in major companies all over the world.

BTB Transfer has always focused its attention on customer requirements aiming to reach the best quality-price ratio and offering user-friendly and efficient machines. Thanks to the accurate design and the use of high quality raw materials, these transfer machines stand out for the reduced maintenance and the high productivity.
Our range of products includes horizontal or vertical axis transfer machines equipped with a six, eight or more station rotary table, with working spindle units for turning or threading, varying from 2 to 33 on each machine.

BTB transfer machines are available with hydraulic movements using PLC control with manual adjustments or CNC control system, with ball screw or hydro-electronic completely programmable from console. Accurate indexing is assured by an amply sized HIRTH coupling with high precision ground teeth. A very rapid indexing time is achieved by means of a brushless motor with computer-controlled acceleration and deceleration.

A great selection of operating spindle units is available for drilling, threading, tapping, facing, turning, boring, reaming, recessing, milling, etc.
