Tecnomagnete permanent electro magnet systems can generate all the magnetic force of attraction necessary for clamping with no need of electric power during operations.

The patented magnetic circuit is activated or deactivated by short electric discharges lasting only a few seconds and managed by special electronic control equipment.

Machine Tool Clamping Section
QUAD-EXTRA milling chucks with automatic shimming system: they are designed to equip milling machines and machining centers of all sizes either for vertical or horizontal machining. QUAD-EXTRA chucks allow to make all operations in a single set-up and to enhance all the machine capabilities by improving in the same time the finishing quality of the work piece and by reducing the consumption of the tools due to the absence of machining vibrations.

TFP chucks, for high-precision grinding with adjustable power and monoblock construction, able to ensure constant stability and rigidity in the long term. They are equipped with the special NUFLUX cycle which totally eliminates all magnetic residue which might remain in alloy steel or treated work. The QUAD-GRINDER model also provides automatic shimming.

RADIAL-POLE chucks for finishing or roughing operations on vertical lathes use automatic shimming to prevent any deformation even on work pieces with limited thickness.

QUAD-RAIL modules for clamping rails of any length allow complete machining with a single positioning.
